Personal Data Protection

Any personal data we may access while providing the service will be processed by ALEXANDRE CASALS VIROSQUE, for the sole purpose of performing this agreement.

As an accredited Insights Discovery evaluator, and always with the consent of the individuals concerned, the Insights Discovery Online Evaluator will be used to produce the profiles of participants in the training activity. Only the individual concerned will have access to that information. The personal data processed will not be transferred to third parties, will be handled in strict confidence and will be deleted once the training activity has finished.

In accordance with article 32 of the GDPR, appropriate technical and organisational measures will be applied to guarantee an adequate level of risk, taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs, and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as risks of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
