About us
People development with method and no fluff
We help organisations grow with greater clarity and consistency through personality insight. Our proven, practical methodology drives real change and aligns people development with business goals and results.
How we started
We started in Barcelona after years working inside companies leading teams. We saw too many training courses that excited people on Friday and were forgotten by Monday.
So we do the opposite: short, concrete processes with follow-up. We chose Insights Discovery® because it is a simple, human language that teams keep using months later, in meetings, conversations and everyday decisions.
Credentials
- Accredited Insights Discovery® partner and practitioners.
- More than 20 years working with teams in Spain and across Europe.
- Trained in group facilitation.
How we work
Four things we don't compromise on
People before models
The framework helps, but the conversation belongs to the team. We never put anyone in a box.
Agreements, not good intentions
Every session ends with written commitments and an owner for each one. And we come back to review them.
Rigour and accreditation
Accredited Insights Discovery® practitioners, with ongoing training.
Ready for global teams
We work in Spanish, Catalan and English, with materials in 33 languages.
Trust

The best way to find out is a short conversation. We'll tell you what we would do, what we wouldn't and what it costs.
