Is this the official Insights Discovery® questionnaire?
No. This is our own introductory tool to bring you closer to the language of the four colours. The official Insights Discovery® evaluator is a different instrument, with psychometric validation and an extensive personal report.
Do I have to sign up or leave my details?
No. You can do it as many times as you like and the result appears on screen straight away. We don't store your answers.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes, and it's one of the best uses: everyone does it before a session and then you compare results. If you'd like professional facilitation, request a call and we'll prepare it with you.
What if two colours come out almost the same?
That's common and it isn't a problem. We all use every colour to a greater or lesser degree. We're a combination of them. What's interesting is going a little deeper and understanding the why and the what for.
